Paid insurance electronically $35.00 on 6/28/10.Got letter stating they were cancelling insurance due to nonpayment on 7/10/10.

Called numerous times to explain that they had already received payment. Never got a live person on the phone. Received notification that they had cancelled insurance due to nonpayment today. What a bunch of morons.

They received the payment electronically on 6/28/10. If a live person ever answered the phone, this would have been resolved already.

It is ridiculous that there is no one available for customer service when calls are placed.Hope there are no accidents before this is resolved.
